Welcome to SenseJourney (“the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

SenseJourney is owned and operated by SenseJourney, located in Portugal.


1. Overview

SenseJourney is a wellbeing and emotional-tracking application that allows users to record mood, emotions, personal notes, sleep, wellbeing metrics, and view insights, charts, and analytics.
Users may access advanced features through a paid subscription (“Premium”).


2. Premium Subscription

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store:

  • Premium Monthly Subscription
  • Premium Yearly Subscription

There is no free trial and no lifetime purchase option.

2.1 Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

2.3 Manage Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

The App and SenseJourney cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

2.4 Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple.
SenseJourney does not process refunds directly.

2.5 Premium Features

Premium grants access to additional functionality, including (but not limited to):

  • Advanced charts and analytics
  • Additional emotional and wellbeing trackers
  • Expanded export options (PDF/CSV)
  • Exclusive Premium-only insights and features

SenseJourney may add, modify, or remove Premium features without prior notice.


3. User Content and Local Storage

All emotional records, notes, tags, trackers, mood entries, and personal data are stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or transfer emotional data to remote servers.

Deleting the App may permanently delete all locally stored data.


4. RevenueCat Integration

The App uses RevenueCat to securely manage subscription status.
RevenueCat receives only subscription-related information from Apple (e.g., product ID, expiration date, purchase history).

RevenueCat does NOT receive:

  • emotional records
  • notes
  • wellbeing data
  • personal identifiers beyond what is required for subscription validation

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and software are the property of SenseJourney.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.


7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
SenseJourney is not responsible for:

  • data loss
  • device malfunction
  • inaccurate interpretations of mood or emotional analytics
  • any consequences resulting from reliance on App content

SenseJourney is not a medical or psychological service and does not provide clinical advice.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
